PawMind is an AI-powered pet health monitoring platform that connects smart pet devices, analyzes pet behavior and health data, and provides insights, alerts, and a 3D digital twin experience. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change without notice.

When you join our waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any specific pricing. We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our sole discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the 3D digital twin technology, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of PawMind and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as pet photos). By uploading content, you grant PawMind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PawMind does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any health insights or recommendations provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
PawMind is not liable for any harm to your pet arising from reliance on information provided by the Service. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
